The curiosity to know the world and the passion to improve it guides my life decisions. I believe the innovation shapes the world, and the driving forces behind it is the entrepreneurship - a spirit to embrace the uncertainty and reimagine the solution.

For me, an entrepreneur is like a pathfinder who committed to find the ways to make the current situation get closer to the ideal situation and make a change. Owing to this belief, I have joined several promising startups in Taiwan and China where I involved in the whole process of initiating an idea, building products, developing strategies and exploring the international market. With an entrepreneurial personality and experience, I'm good at discovering problems, analyzing contextual information to gain insights and inspire others through storytelling to take actions for change.

With the vision of shaping a sustainable future, I currently devote myself to ArcheX, a food, digital and business innovation firm led by a IDEO alumnus in Shanghai, where I help visionary food companies to foster business growth and digital transformation. With a strong balance between analytical and creative thinking, I leverage my strategic expertise and entrepreneurial background to apply innovative principles to business design initiatives. 

Previously, I served as a core member of several from-early-to-growth-stage startups in China and Taiwan, where I involved in the whole product development process from conception, production to market launch and cultivated a holistic view of how business systems work. I helped our companies to identify business opportunities, established growth strategies and developed new markets.

My entrepreneurship has nurtured since the college, where I was honored to be selected as the oversea delegate of Young Entrepreneurs of the Future program and got the opportunity to visit several innovation hubs and leading companies in Bay Area and Boston. Back in 2010, I co-curated TEDxTainan to build a vibrant change-makers community in Tainan, the most historical city of Taiwan.
